“I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that I and all of my staff were very impressed with the cake you made for the McDonald event this past weekend. You always provide an outstanding product. Sometimes the attention to detail may go unnoticed by the guests, but I wanted to let you know that we appreciate very much what you do.”
